 Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

All orders are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

In the event that a product is received in a damaged condition, we will offer a replacement. To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share your order details, clear photos of the damaged product, and an unboxing video recorded while opening the package. The unboxing video is required so we can verify the damage claim.

Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery, or without a proper unboxing video, may not be accepted.
